  • World Health Organization - A social network analysis of health centres and support structures in Lebanon

    WHO approached Ripple Research to provide them with a social network analysis of health centres and service providers in Lebanon. This was in order to detect vulnerabilities in the healthcare network and strengthen the resilience of the Ministry of Public Health’s approach to collaborative governance.

    This research investigates 88 million messages on social media surrounding the Ethiopian conflict. It reveals the dominant conflict narratives, their evolution from 2020-2022 and the psychological states of authors throughout the war.

  • Changing Markets Foundation - Analyzing Online Misinformation Surrounding Meat and Dairy Consumption

    Ripple Research partnered with Changing Markets Foundation to study dissemination of misinformation surrounding meat, dairy, and animal-centric dietary consumption. For this study, we assembled the largest dataset of its kind, which enables us to analyze the extent and nature of online misinformation in this domain. This dataset serves as a vital tool for researchers, policymakers, and other stakeholders to better understand and address misinformation related to food systems and consumption patterns.

  • Changing Markets Foundation - Tracing Narratives in the 2022 Dutch Farmers' Protests

    Ripple Research partnered with Changing Markets Foundation to identify and analyze misinformation surrounding the 2022-23 Dutch Farmers' Protests against the national nitrogen policy. Our study reveals the influence of misleading far-right narratives on these protests, shedding light on how public opinion and policy decisions are shaped in the environmental and agricultural sectors.
